“Ohana” is Hawaian for “family”. Wiki Ohana is the Wiki Family – the network of friendly communities using wikis, interconnected by friendship, common interest, curiosity, and support.
Interesting aside: Since “Wiki” is Hawaian for “quick”, I guess Wiki Ohana might also stand for the “Instant Family”.
